Once payment is settled, kindly send a scanned copy or photo of the deposit slip or online transfer confirmation to vpfinance@aiias.edu or financial.controller@aiias.edu. The payee will receive an acknowledgment of payment when the money is received at the AIIAS Accounting Office. Banks require an additional charge to transfer the money to AIIAS.

GC Routing

• Payments may be made by sending a Credit Memo from the student’s local Union or Division office to AIIAS. AIIAS will honor the payment upon receipt of the Credit Memo from the Southern Asia-Pacific Division office. Processing time is one month or more.
• Payment in the form of checks should be mailed to Donation Receipting Center, General Conference, 12501 Old Columbia Pike, Silver Spring, MD 20904-6600 with the following information: Purpose of money transfer: “Payment to AIIAS for admission fee/deposits”. For credit card payments, contact Gladys Nyarko-Mensah at 301-680-6222, by Fax to 301-680-5011, or by email at NyarkoMensahG@gc.adventist.org.

   10. AIIAS will honor payment when it appears on the statement of AIIAS at the General Conference Office. This account is monitored online daily by the AIIAS Accounting Office.

Check or Bank Draft

1. The check should be made payable to AIIAS in US dollar check. Please mail it by REGISTERED MAIL, EMS, LBC, or DHL to the following address:

   AIIAS, Admissions Office, Lalaan I, P.O. Box 038, Silang, Cavite 4118, Philippines.

2. Money can be sent as a cashier’s or manager’s check via DHL or FedEx.
