The AIIAS Student Association (SA) went out for their annual excursion on July 7, 2019. This year, the group went to Laresio Lakeside Resort in Laguna, Calamba, approximately 38 kilometers south of AIIAS.
Aside from enjoyment and relaxation, the excursion also served as an opportunity for outreach as the SA distributed Ellen G. White’s Steps to Christ books to the workers of the resort.
The SA officers prepared a total of 80 books to be distributed to the 80 workers of the resort. Since most of the workers were already in their posts, only the manager and the receptionists were able to receive the books upon distribution. The books for the rest of the workers were entrusted to the manager who promised that he would deliver the books to each of the resort’s workers personally.
It is the goal of the SA to do God’s mission both directly and indirectly through every student’s activity such as this one.
