Choose to stay at home with my family to avoid exposure to the virus. E = Exercise
Exercise around AIIAS tree-lined lanes, morning and/or evening. L = Liquids
Drink liquids, particularly water to keep my body cells, organs, and tissues functioning. E = Environment
Keep my home environment clean and fresh. B = Believe
Believe that God is still in full control of the COVID-19 situation. R = Rest
Rest on the promises of the never-failing God for protection and recovery of those infected and affected. A = Aerate
Aerate my home by keeping my windows and doors open when necessary. T = Temperance
Exercise temperance by eating wholesome food, getting adequate sleep, and completely avoiding all known harmful practices. I = Integrity
Maintain my integrity by being conscious of God’s moral principles while no one is watching me at home. O = Optimistic
Remain optimistic in a situation I have no control of. N = Nourish
Nourish my body with fresh and wholesome (healthy) items from AIIAS food market and canteen, as well as nourish my spirit through daily devotion; spending ample time praying and studying the word of God. S = Socially Connected
