AIIAS is pleased to announce the arrival of a new associate professor in the Education Department of the Graduate School, Dr. Gracel Ann Reyno Salangsang-Saban.
Dr. Saban has a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from AIIAS in 2009 and a Master of Arts in Education degree from the Adventist University of the Philippines (AUP) in 2005.
Before coming to AIIAS, Saban worked at AUP as the dean of the College of Education. She also taught English language, literature, and speech at the secondary and tertiary levels. Previously she served as the assistant curriculum course coordinator for the AIIAS Division of Online Learning.
Her husband, Mark Vernon Emock Saban is a registered nurse and has a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources. He is currently working on his PhD Commerce major in HR. He serves as faculty in the National Service Training Program and Senior High School departments of AUP. Together they come to AIIAS with their two daughters, Greeca Markaela, 8, and Anna Vernoneeca, 6.
